As many of our customer base live on rural farming properties and hobby farms it is important to us that we offer a full service to ensure that their ride on maintenance is always kept up to date.
Since taking over the business in 2019 and adding our Free pickup and delivery service, many of our customers have taken advantage of this, citing that it has made their lives easier knowing that there is a reliable service available to them to get their ride on mowers serviced and repaired and returned within an efficient timeframe. This free pickup and delivery service has also meant that customers are more likely to book in their ride on mowers more frequently which makes the maintenance on the ride on more cost effective, as our technicians are able to diagnose major issues before anything costly occurs.
Growing up along the Bellarine Peninsula, we have seen its enormous growth at a lightning pace over the last 15 years, which in part lends itself to the recent addition of the ring road and several major residential subdivisions in Drysdale and the surrounding suburbs. There has never been more demand for a free pickup and delivery service on ride on mowers and other outdoor power equipment, than there has been over the last 5 years. Drysdale Mowers is proud to be able to offer such a service to our customer base. Because of the enormous growth we have seen along the Bellarine Peninsula we have also invested in a small truck to assist us with our pickup and delivery service. This should be out and about in the second half of 2024 as we expect that more and more customers begin to rely on our convenient free pickup and delivery service.
